The South Asian Society is a non-profit, socio-cultural organization that has been created to promote unity and awareness amongst the South Asian Students of the George Washington University, including such countries as Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.

SAS is proud to put on events such as Bhangra Blowout™, Raas Chaos, and other events open to The George Washington University community as well as the greater Washington, D.C. Community.
